How I can communicate with other
members?
If you are a free member
. Login to your account on
HamariShaadi.com and visit the profile
of the person to whom you want to contact. You will find an option of 'send
Interest'.
. Click the 'Send Interest' Button
. A predefined message is sent to the other member telling him/her about you
interest.
Note You cannot send interest to the member of same sex and you cannot send
the interest to the same member twice.
If you are paid member
A paid member can send his/her interest to other members in the same way as a
free member do.But a paid member can also send personalized messages instead of
predefined message. And if that member accepted your interest you can
communicate with him/her using hamarishaadi mailbox. In hamarishaadi mailbox
you can compose your messages and can send to the all those members who
accepted your interest and to those whose interest is accepted by you.

If I like somebody's profile, how can I send a proposal to that particular
profile?
There is an option "To Send Interest" in each of the profile you
visit.
Just click on the link ,you will get a predefined message which will be sent to
the particular profile you like. If you are a paid member you can also send a
personalized message instead of predefined message.

Can I communicate with other members even if I am
a free member?
Yes , you are free to send interest to the other members of
HamariShaadi.com.
. Login to your
account on HamariShaadi.com
and visit the profile of the person to whom you want to contact. You will find
an option of 'send Interest'.
. Click the 'Send Interest' Button
. A predefined message is sent to the other member telling him/her about you
interest.
But this is only one time activity. For further communication
with that person you must
upgrade your membership from free to paid. By becoming a
paid member you can send your composed messages to the other members who had
already accepted your interest.

What is the meaning of Interest initiated by me and interest initiated by
others ?
Interest initiated by me Is the menu in the contact page
having the list of those members who are actually interested in you and your
profile. Following are links under this menu:
Interest sent : containing list of all those fresh member to whom you have sent
the interest.
Members accepted me: having the list of those member who accepted the interest
sent by you
Member rejected me :having the list of those members who rejected the interest
sent by you.
Member awaiting: having the list of those members to whom you have sent the
interest three days back but they neither rejected your interest nor accept
your interest ie till now they didn't give you any response

What is accepting or rejecting other member's interest ?
When you received an interest sent by a member of
HamariShaadi.com, it is your
wish to continue the communication or not. If you want to continue then accept
the other's member interest if you want to refuse just reject the interest.

If I am a free member , can I am able to accept/Decline other member
invitation? If Yes then how?
Yes, free member can also accept or reject other's member invitation
. For doing this Login to
your account on HamariShaadi.com
. Click on Contact from top panel
. Under "Interest initated by others" left panel
click on the 'Interest received'
. Select all those member whom you want to
accept/reject
. Click on Accept/reject button.

Once I accepted a member can I decline it later or vice versa?
Yes, it is possible to reject a member later after accepting the member
once. And you also accept a member after rejecting him/her

If I express interest in a member, and the member accepts me, will I be able to
decline that member later?
Yes , by clicking the deny option on the page "member accepted
me" under the 'Interest initated by me" panel, you are able to decline a member
who had already accepted you invitation.

If I am a paid member can I write personal message to any of the member on
HamariShaadi.comT?
A paid member can easily compose their personal messages . But he/she can send
their messages to only those members who are in your 'member accepted' list and
in 'accepted member' list .
. For doing this
Login to your account on HamariShaadi.com
. Under "HamariShaadi mails" left panel click on
the 'composed Mails''
. In the new page, type the Profile ID of the
recipient. You can also choose the recipient by clicking the 'Use Accepted
List' link.
. Write your message in the message area provided.
You can also select a message that you already drafted before by clicking on
the 'Use Drafts' link and selecting any one of the messages appearing there.
. Click the 'Send My Message Now' button..

Can I write/receive personal messages to a member who is in my accepted list
but a free member?
A paid member subscribed to any plan is free to write personal messages to any
of member in their accepted list. Since this service is only for paid members
that's why a free member will not be able to write personal messages to you.

You will get an email alert on the email address registered with us.Your
messages will be saved in your "My inbox" Folder of
HamariShaadi.com. You can
view them anytime after login .

HSMatchMaker is an application developed by
HamariShaadi.com to
facilitate the members to get the matches who suit the profile of the member.
This will increase the chances of successful matrimonial match. HsMatchmaker
feature is only available for paid member. It has two options:
1. Members looking for me:
HamariShaadi.com provides
the list of members whose preferred partner profile matches your personal
profile. Or you can say all those members whose preferred partner requirement
is fulfilled by you.
2. Members suits me: HamariShaadi.com
provide the list of all those members who matches your requirement of preferred
partner.
